I was always breaking out, I felt like I was always dealing with dry skin, and I felt like my complexion was perpetually spotty. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended a great dermatologist who really understood what I was up against. We met about once every few weeks for the first month or so, and then we transitioned into more of a maintenance routine. Focus on the Positive

You might not realize this, but each time you frown, tiny wrinkles form around your eyes, mouth, and forehead. Over time, those small wrinkles become permanently etched into your skin. You can help reduce those fine lines caused, by focusing on the positive. Spend time each day making yourself happy, and giving yourself something to smile about.
